FAQs
Q: I'm a student-athlete at a high school that is currently NOT a member of Eporro.com. How do I gain access to the website and build my profile?A: You can contact your high school's principal or Athletic Director and ask them to contact our sales team via email at sales@eporro.com to setup a presentation so they can become a high school member of Eporro.com!
Q: If I want to sign up individually, is there any opportunity to receive promotional pricing before I enter my credit card information to sign up?
A: Yes, promotional pricing is available. Simply email us at workflow@eporro.com and we will reply within 24 hours with a promotional code and price.
Q: If my high school is not interested but my team coach is, can we get a team rate?
A: Yes. Email our sales team at sales@eporro.com and we will setup a presentation with your coach so your team can get setup with a team membership quote as soon as possible.
Q: Can my high school sign up and pay the yearly rate membership and then adjust our membership to a Charter Membership in the future?
A: No. The objective of the Charter Membership is to receive an initial fee from the high school that allows them to never have to pay again.
Q: Is this service available in other states or markets other than Alabama and New York?
A: Yes. All other state price scales will be comparable to the classification prices for Alabama and New York (listed above). Please send any inquiries or questions for other markets to our sales team at sales@eporro.com.
